Applications are invited from interested parties for the position of Mayfair Security Compliance Manager.

Mayfair Security is looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active individual to take the roll of Compliance Manager. Based at the Mayfair Security offices in Selby, North Yorkshire, the position is full time (37.5 hr working week) and enjoys a flexible working arrangement. Applicants are required to work in support of the company’s 24 hour process.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Health & Safety monitoring of workforce
• Human Resources
• Personnel Vetting & Screening of workforce
• Training & Recruiting
• Ensuring the compliance of company operating procedures
• Scheduled Audits of company Process
• Responsible for the management of Quality / ISO9001
• SIA Licenses review of workforce

Salary & benefits

Starting salary £23,000.
