There are many elderly people who could be discharged from hospital to return to a more independent life at home, but cannot do so because their home environment may not be suitable or provide the safe facilities for home care.

Careline will provide an assessment service and adaptation services to install monitoring equipment, door entry systems and other technical services to enable them to have a safer return home.
