Mayfair Careline Keyholding Officers are available 24 hours a day to attend your premises in the event of an alarm activation and deal with the problems. This removes the need for you to venture out yourself or send out staff in the middle of the night to potential risks.

Our Careline Officers are based in our NSI Approved Alarm Receiving Centre where your premises keys are held in secure keysafes for immediate issue.
Our Careline officers are all SITO trained and licensed with the security industry association (SIA). Our officers are highly motivated and dedicated to maintaining the integrity and security of premises.
Whenever a Careline Officer attends to your alarm activation they will be accompanied by a qualified alarm technician who is also on call to deal with alarm system faults. This combination of skills provides our customers with a reliable keyholding and repair service which is efficient and very cost effective. Our staff are reliable, carefully selected for their trust and integrity and provide the highest quality of customer care and to ensure our cornerstone of trust and integrity are maintained. Each officer is rigorously vetted and certificated to SIA and NSI security standards.
