Chris Burton - Managing Director
Founded the company in1986 and prior to this worked in the electrical supply industry as a Electrical Engineer for 30 years. Chris has a wide experience and understanding of the security industry. He believes success is bred through trust and integrity and heads a dedicated and experienced team of directors and he has a clear vision of the future needs and aspirations of the company.
Mary Burton - Finance Director
Co- founder and financial head of the company. Mary has continually provided the essential background support to Chris throughout the company's early development. Mary is responsible for the smooth running of the Finance Department and keeps a close watch on the financial health of the organisation.
Angela Addinall - Administration Director
Angela is the eldest daughter of Mary and Chris and has been with the company since leaving school. Over the years Angie has developed the procedures and responsibilities within the administration section which includes the mandatory and regulatory processes essential to the company's operations. Her dedication to her work and attention to detail are qualities which are vital to the success of the company.
Neil Addinall - Sales Director and General Manager
Neil is Angela's husband and joined the company in February 2007. Prior to this he owned his own electrical company for 10 years and he is a qualified electrical engineer. Neil is responsible for the sales and for the development of working partnerships with client. He brings into the company honesty, enthusiasm and energy which are essential in a competitive market place.
Simon Mackenzie - Communications Director
Simon has been with the company for 10 years and is responsible for the operations of the Control Centre and all IT systems. He has 24 years experience within the security monitoring industry and is highly qualified and experienced in his technical field of work. Simon constantly monitors the technology available to ensure the company always provides leading edge technology to our clients.
Martin Farrar - Resources and Facilities Director
Martin has been with the company for 15 years and before that worked for the NCB for 20 years as an administrator. Martin is responsible for the resourcing of all work carried out and works closely with his administration teams to ensure customer expectations are achieved.
Mathew Watson - Engineering Director
Mathew has been with the company for 15 years. Mathew is responsible for the monitoring of all the engineering requirements of the company. He has a great deal of "hands on" experience in the security industry and works closely with our stakeholders to ensure their technical designs and demands are achieved.
David Haxton - Business Development Manager
David joined the company in June 2008. Prior to this David spent 15 years honing his sales and marketing skills within the I.T. industry. In that time David has worked for two large corporations and has had huge success in growing their business through proactive sales and marketing. David brings with him the tools and knowledge to compliment Mayfair’s continued growth within the security industry.
