The officers will then conduct a full internal and external appraisal of the premises. If a break-in is happening, they will call you and the police. They will then remain at the property until the police arrive.

If it appears to be a false alarm, they will ensure the premises is secure and reset the alarm. You can choose how and when we notify you of a false alarm.
